Clients remain responsible for their own commercial, legal, financial, technical, and regulatory due diligence before entering into any transaction. Monarch may assist with sourcing and coordination but does not replace independent professional advice.
Fees may be charged in the form of commissions, sourcing fees, retainers, or advisory arrangements. All commercial terms shall be agreed in writing prior to, or as part of, a formal engagement or mandate.
Monarch may introduce or coordinate with third-party sellers, brokers, owners, developers, logistics providers, advisors, and other intermediaries. Monarch is not responsible for the acts, defaults, omissions, or performance of such third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Concierge Group Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, failed transactions, commercial disputes, or damages arising out of third-party transactions, asset condition, or reliance on opportunity-related information.
All engagement with Monarch is expected to remain confidential. Certain opportunities may also be subject to non-disclosure, non-circumvention, proof-of-funds, or private mandate conditions before further information is released.
